Dear Coaches, Soccer Players, Families and Friends,

On behalf of the Maroons Soccer Club we would like to welcome you to our 12th Annual Maroons Youth Soccer Tournament, Friday (local teams only), Saturday & Sunday, June 20th, 21st and 22nd, 2008. Girls and boys U-8s through U-12s will be competing. U8s through U10s play 7v7 including keeper; U11s through U12s play 6v6 including keeper. Discounts are offered for U12 teams splitting into two squads.

Small-sided soccer is the foundation of the Maroons Soccer Program. On these smaller fields the soccer development of our children begins. It is here that the children learn to hone their individual skills so as to become a complete team player. Hopefully this is done in an enjoyable environment within which, as a final result, the game of soccer will be promoted in the spirit of good sportsmanship.

We have super corporate sponsors and plan to give out some really cool items to both players and coaches alike. I would like to thank those of you who are supporting the Maroons Soccer Club by participating in our tournament. Your dedication to youth sports and the great game of soccer drives us to work harder to provide you and your teams with what has been described as one the best run small-sided tournaments in the country.
